Perk One
Free First Ring Sizing
Rings rarely fit perfectly the first time, and getting one to fit should not cost you extra. The first sizing on a ring purchased from us is on the house.
Bring it in whenever you are ready. Our jewelers size on site, so you are not shipping your ring off somewhere and waiting weeks to get it back. Most sizings turn around quickly.
A few designs and metals are difficult or impossible to resize, and eternity bands are the usual example. We will tell you that before you buy rather than after, so you can factor it in.
Perk Two
Three Year Rhodium Finish
White gold is not naturally bright white. It is plated with rhodium to get that finish, and the plating wears down with daily use. This is normal and it happens to every white gold ring ever made.
On pieces purchased from us, we will replate for three years, so your ring keeps looking the way it did the day you took it home.
Most people bring a ring in about once a year. Rings worn every day, or worn on a hand that takes a beating, may want it more often. Stop by whenever the metal starts to look warm or dull next to the head of the stone and we will refresh it.
Perk Three
Lifetime Diamond Trade-In Value
Tastes change, anniversaries come around, and the ring that was right at twenty-five is not always the ring you want at forty. A diamond purchased from us carries its value forward.
When you are ready to move up to something larger or different, what you originally paid for the stone comes with you toward the new one. There is no deadline on it.
The simplest way to start is to bring the piece in and tell us what you have in mind. We will show you where you stand and what it would take to get to the stone you are picturing, with no pressure to decide that day.
Perk Four
Gold and Diamond Buying
Old jewelry sitting in a drawer is worth something. Broken chains, single earrings, inherited pieces nobody wears, class rings. We buy gold in any condition, and we buy loose diamonds and diamond jewelry.
You can take the value in cash or put it toward something new. Plenty of custom projects here started as a box of pieces somebody was never going to wear again.

How To Use Them
There is no card to carry and no form to fill out. Here is all it takes.
Bring The Piece In
Stop by during store hours, or book a time if you would rather not wait. There is no appointment required for a sizing or a replate.
We Look It Over
We check the piece, confirm what it needs, and tell you the turnaround before anything happens. If something outside the perks turns up, like a worn prong, we will show you and let you decide.
Pick It Up
We will call you when it is ready. Most work is done on site at our own bench rather than sent out.
While You Are Here
Our bench handles the rest of it too, whether or not the piece came from us.
Common Questions
Do I need a receipt?
It helps, but it is not usually necessary. We have been here a long time and we keep records. If you are not sure, bring the piece in and we will look it up.
Do these apply to jewelry I bought somewhere else?
The perks are for pieces purchased from us. That said, we happily repair, size, clean, and replate jewelry from anywhere. Those are regular bench services, and we will quote you before we start.
How long does a rhodium replate take?
It depends on what else is in front of it at the bench. Ask when you drop it off and we will give you a real answer rather than a guess.
Can I size a ring more than once?
Yes. The first sizing is the one that is on the house. After that it is a normal sizing charge, and repeated sizing on the same ring is something we would want to talk through with you first, since there is a practical limit to how far a band can move.
What if my diamond came from somewhere else?
Trade-in value applies to diamonds purchased from us. We may still be interested in buying an outside stone outright. Bring it in and we will take a look.
